Yoga Moves

Select this option for 1:1 in-person yoga tuition.  Personal yoga sessions are right for you if:

- you are a beginner and want to learn the basics
- you have specific goals for which you require 1:1 attention e.g. achieve new postures, go deeper with your practice
- you have other specific physical goals
- you wish to address something mental or emotional with yoga and a guide

Once I receive your appointment, you will be send a short heath questionnaire and payment link. 

The price is £50 for 1 hour or you can book 5 classes for £200.

Classes take place at my house in Quarteira, Algarve Portugal.
